What you'll do

• Own RF design and performance for assigned products
• design and place antennas, matching networks, RF layouts, and front-end circuits
• lead RF/EMC schematic and layout reviews
• evaluate receiver desense and radio coexistence
• troubleshoot EMI and EMC failures
• run antenna and EMI simulations
• write test plans and drive regulatory and carrier certification with laboratories
• mentor junior engineers and improve team guidelines and test methods.
