What you'll do

• Lead patient financial counseling and financial clearance operations
• evaluate AI-generated recommendations and patient communication drafts
• screen patients for Medicaid eligibility and financial assistance
• counsel patients on financial obligations and assistance programs
• coordinate with social work, case management, and billing teams
• develop and maintain financial clearance procedures
• monitor charity care and point-of-service collection measures
• support regulatory compliance
• annotate AI outputs and provide structured feedback for training datasets.
