The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Little Rock, AR. Compensation is not specified. The position supports leasing and resident services at Gateway Woods. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, the leasing consultant supports tours, applications, leases, renewals, and resident communications. The role helps maintain the community’s presentation and supports the Property Manager with day-to-day leasing operations.

What you'll do

• Connect with prospects and follow up
• conduct property tours
• process applications and related screening and verification paperwork
• respond to resident and prospect concerns by phone and email
• enter requests into Rent Manager
• prepare property collateral, move-in documents, and lease renewals
• maintain leasing office and model-unit cleanliness
• assist with rent collection
• follow up on work orders
• support quarterly market surveys
• serve as backup for the Property Manager as needed
• complete required training.
