What you'll do

• Investigate new cases
• develop case plans
• draft complaints and discovery and pursue discovery
• draft and argue motions
• take depositions
• work directly with clients
• collaborate with partners on litigation strategy
• participate in state and federal court trials
• communicate with partners, clients, referring attorneys, and defense counsel.
