Product Lead — Digital Poker and In-Venue Experiences

The product lead aligns digital and in-venue experiences, leads the product team, and guides roadmaps, launches, and optimization. The role contributes to growth by improving player acquisition, retention, loyalty, guest experience, and platform performance while coordinating with engineering, hospitality, marketing, finance, compliance, and operations.

What you'll do

• Define product vision and 12–24 month strategy for digital and in-venue experiences
• build and lead the product team
• develop and prioritize roadmaps
• partner with design, engineering, and hospitality on guest experience
• oversee experimentation and feedback loops
• define player rewards and loyalty strategy
• own guest onboarding
• monitor market, competition, regulation, and player behavior
• optimize monetization and unit economics
• coordinate platform scalability and stability
• oversee launches and post-launch optimization
• define product metrics and analytics
• align decisions with marketing, finance, compliance, and operations.
