Patient Service Representative — LifeVest

What you'll do

• Contact caregivers and family to schedule services
• travel to patient homes and health care facilities
• train patients and caregivers on LifeVest use and care
• program the device according to physician orders
• measure patients for garment sizing
• review and obtain required paperwork
• transmit signed documents to ZOLL within 24 hours
• manage device and garment inventory
• disclose family relationships with potential referral sources.
