The Warehouse Associate II — First Shift role is onsite at the Reese Blvd Distribution Center in Huntersville, NC, with a first-shift schedule of 7:00 AM–3:45 PM. Compensation is not specified. NSI Industries supports electrical and network infrastructure markets and describes its work as “Making Connections.” The associate supports distribution center operations by checking, packing, and shipping orders, handling inventory and receiving tasks, operating warehouse equipment, and helping maintain a safe, organized work area. The role also trains and mentors employees in order pulling, shipping, and packaging.

What you'll do

• Check customer orders and record errors
• pack orders for safe transportation
• use WMS menus to pack orders, process shipments, and resolve minor software issues
• handle international and special-handling orders
• generate shipping labels and documents
• operate electric pallet jacks and packaging machinery
• package and label materials
• train and mentor employees
• assist with receiving, sorting, counting, and inventory placement
• maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization
• participate in physical inventories as required.
