School Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

The School Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) works onsite in Bellmore, NY, during school hours Monday through Friday. Pay is $23–$26 per hour. Dragonfly Cares provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental differences. The technician provides one-to-one behavioral support under BCBA supervision, implements individualized behavior plans, and records student progress. The role works with school staff and clinical supervisors to support students’ academic, social, and behavioral development during the school day.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision
• implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with student learning goals
• collect and record behavior and progress data
• collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• maintain professional documentation
• participate in supervision and ongoing training.
