The role serves as the technical lead for structural design and analysis, while managing external engineering partners and outsourced work. It supports project delivery through design reviews, standards compliance, client coordination, and technical input during bidding.

What you'll do

• Perform and review structural calculations, finite element analysis, and PLS-POLE modeling
• manage external engineering firms and review outsourced packages and sealed submittals
• apply ASCE 48, NESC, and client design parameters
• serve as technical contact for utility and client Engineers of Record
• design structural connections and pole components
• and support estimating and project management during bidding.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, a Professional Engineer license, and at least seven years of structural engineering experience, including four years specializing in tapered steel monopoles and transmission line pole design. Structural Engineer licensure is preferred.
