What you'll do

• Greet customers, answer phones, assess customer needs, and provide customer service
• support new and existing customer accounts and monthly revenue goals
• assist with service activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessories, plan changes, and upgrades
• help open, close, and operate the store, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits
• maintain store and work-area standards
• meet assigned performance metrics.
