What you'll do
- Provide customer service to members and staff

- answer phones and manage front-desk operations
- support club cleanliness and promote programs
- assist with member enrollment
- respond to member inquiries within 24 hours
- support member acquisition and retention targets
- administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience
- generate personal-training leads
- guide members using the four pillars of fitness
- maintain personal-training service records
- report results and action plans
- and attend required meetings and training.
