What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive behavioral evaluations
• develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and ensure implementation fidelity
• analyze treatment data and adjust programming
• collaborate with families, therapists, and education professionals
• train staff on applied behavior analysis, behavior management, and data collection
• participate in case reviews, team meetings, and quality assurance
• maintain compliant documentation.
