What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and prepare treatment plans and psychosocial evaluations
• counsel and support youth
• complete intake, evaluation, referral, transportation, school-attendance monitoring, and case management
• conduct group sessions
• coordinate with schools and client contacts
• document services
• advocate in truancy arbitration and court processes
• represent YFA or children in court
• complete follow-ups, training, and supervision
• contribute to program improvements
• use trauma-informed practices.
