What you'll do

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance
• support meal preparation, medication administration, hygiene, and mobility
• plan and participate in activities and outings
• encourage socialization and skill development
• document activities, progress, incidents, and care
• follow safety and emergency procedures
• monitor health and report concerns
• implement individualized care plans and behavior support strategies
• communicate with members, families, coworkers, and external partners.
