Head Start Teaching Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist the teacher with daily activities, field trips, and classroom materials
• support children’s needs and development of social and self-help skills
• write weekly observation reports
• participate in home visits and parent conferences
• help maintain a safe and healthy environment
• assist with health checks, IEPs or IFSPs, reports, transitions, and family communications
• attend training and meetings.
