The Senior Knowledge Manager – SharePoint role is onsite in McLean, VA. Compensation is $130,000–$155,000 per year. Synertex supports an Intelligence Community mission focused on information sharing and analytic production. The role aligns processes, tools, and technology to improve knowledge flow and secure dissemination of intelligence products. It administers and develops SharePoint and related collaboration systems, translates user needs into solutions, and maintains documentation and access controls for mission-critical operations.

What you'll do

• Align business processes and technology infrastructure to improve information sharing and analytic production. Use databases, content management, and records management systems to improve workflows
• analyze system performance and usage
• and identify future knowledge management requirements. Administer and develop SharePoint, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, and other content management systems
• develop and test custom SharePoint solutions
• manage collaboration sites, forms, user controls, and permissions
• capture user requirements
• and maintain system and process documentation.
