The Commercial & Land Deals Advisor is an onsite role based in Spring, TX. Compensation is not specified for this position. This role exists to handle land transactions across the unconventional portfolio, manage brokers, and negotiate agreements to support development objectives.

What you'll do

• Handle land transactions.
• Manage brokers for title research and due diligence.
• Obtain Title Opinions and cure defects.
• Review and draft leases, term assignments, and contracts.
• Request and analyze economics.
• Negotiate with other companies and individuals.
• Collaborate with technical functions on development planning.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's in Energy Management/Energy Commerce, Law Degree, or MBA.

Experience

3+ years of in-house land/commercial experience.
