What you'll do

• Source candidates for skilled trades, general labor, foremen, superintendents, and project support roles
• post openings
• screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• coordinate interviews
• maintain candidate records in the ATS
• communicate job details and requirements
• assist with onboarding documentation
• build a talent pipeline
• attend hiring events as needed
• support compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
