What you'll do

• Oversee foremen and field crews across commercial roofing sites
• visit projects to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and installation standards
• coach and develop field team members
• conduct performance reviews
• coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and resources
• maintain project schedules
• serve as a customer contact
• work with project management and operations to resolve field issues
• enforce safety standards and jobsite procedures.
