The School Age Teacher — Before & After School is an onsite role in Owings Mills, MD, paying $17–$20 per hour based on experience and qualifications. What you'll do

• Supervise and engage school-age children
• plan age-appropriate activities, games, projects, and enrichment
• support homework, literacy, STEM, creative activities, and independent interests
• encourage positive peer relationships, independence, and problem-solving
• guide behavior and routines
• supervise arrivals, departures, and transitions
• maintain attendance and classroom documentation
• communicate with families
• keep the environment clean, safe, and organized
• follow Maryland Office of Child Care licensing requirements.

Why this role

Monday–Friday split shift: 6:30–9:30 AM and 2:00–6:30 PM. Must be qualified as a Maryland Preschool and School Age Teacher and meet applicable state requirements.
