The Retail Shift Lead (Lead Budtender) role is onsite in Orlando, FL. Compensation is $16 per hour. Green Dragon, part of Vireo Health, operates cannabis retail stores and aims to provide product expertise and customer service to its communities. As a keyholder and sales-floor resource, the Lead Budtender supports store operations while promoting products and delivering a positive customer experience. The role also helps maintain service standards and supports other budtenders with point-of-sale and cash-handling processes.

What you'll do

• Greet and check in customers
• promote and sell products through customer engagement and product knowledge
• assist customers in store and by phone
• process online orders
• use and train others on the POS system, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
• open and close the store as keyholder
• model service standards for the budtender team.
