The role coordinates with kitchen and front-of-house teammates to deliver timely service and accommodate special orders and dietary requests.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe, portion, and service standards
• assist with daily prep
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• monitor and restock stations
• maintain a clean workstation
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• label and store food properly
• assist with deliveries
• communicate issues to the Kitchen Leader
• coordinate food production with the kitchen team
• and support front-of-house operations when required.
