The role provides residential support that helps individuals meet daily living needs and build personal, social, and self-help skills. It contributes to individual independence and community participation through personal care, health support, service-plan implementation, documentation, and communication with families and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and household tasks
• support independence and social skills
• support health and safety, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community integration and recreation
• drive an agency vehicle as needed
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues
• complete required training and development.
