What you'll do

• Prepare and review computations, workpapers, schedules, tax return filing materials, estimated and extension payments, and ASC 740 income tax provision calculations for domestic corporations
• research tax positions and draft memorandums
• assist with client tax planning
• contact tax agencies to obtain information, resolve issues, and reconcile notices
• meet engagement deadlines
• supervise staff and participate in engagement planning and decision-making
• keep up to date on tax practices, technical issues, and tax law
• participate in training.
