What you'll do

• Lead and coach Patient Engagement Representatives
• monitor productivity, documentation, response times, and workflow adherence
• train and onboard staff
• oversee worklists and lead follow-up
• educate prospective patients about clinic services and enrollment
• support appointment conversion and outreach campaigns
• maintain accurate records
• coordinate community events and clinic communications
• report performance and operational issues.
