What you'll do

• Assist with client intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
• observe and support individual, group, and family counseling
• assist with referrals and resource coordination
• help monitor school attendance and truancy interventions
• participate in youth skill-building activities
• support follow-ups and family communication
• learn documentation practices
• observe or assist with truancy arbitration and court procedures when appropriate
• attend supervision, meetings, and training
• apply trauma-informed practices and maintain confidentiality.
