What you'll do

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• champion the Continuous Improvement Model
• apply Root Cause Analysis, Kaizens, Loss Analysis, DMAIC, Lean, and Six Sigma
• manage site improvement projects and coach site leaders
• deliver improvement training
• support the Manufacturing Operating System, including Tier meetings, KPI development, and standard work
• facilitate Kaizen and 90-Day Improvement events
• communicate project progress and organize performance reviews.
