What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate daily piping crew activities
• promote jobsite safety and conduct toolbox talks
• inspect work and maintain QA/QC documentation
• interpret drawings, specifications, and codes
• develop look-ahead schedules and manpower plans
• coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and inspections
• mentor crew members
• maintain daily reports, timekeeping, and project records.
