Program Manager – Federal Financial Management

The Program Manager role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is $145,000–$155,000 per year. Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a program lead for the ICE Office of Financial Management Customer Service Operations contract. The manager serves as Dynamis’s primary point of accountability to the government and oversees program delivery, staff, schedules, budgets, risks, and contract deliverables. The role coordinates financial-management support workstreams and ensures reporting, training, change management, and compliance needs are addressed.

What you'll do

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact to ICE OFM
• lead program, SharePoint/document management, reporting, and dashboard deliverables
• coordinate with Kearney & Company on financial-analytic workstreams
• manage staff, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• oversee CMM platform change and configuration management and training
• ensure compliance with federal financial management requirements
• deliver executive briefings, reports, and metrics
• manage contract deliverables, quality control, and staffing actions.
