What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate clinical services
• oversee quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides
• organize care center operations
• review service requests and patient eligibility
• coordinate referrals and admissions
• oversee scheduling, payor verification, and precertification
• review staff documentation
• support patient goal-setting and plan-of-care revisions
• assist with staff training
• participate in patient concern resolution and the on-call process. May provide direct patient care infrequently in emergencies.
