IT Support Technician

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, endpoints, peripherals, printing, workstation configurations, and connectivity. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, VDI, and specialized engineering applications
• own escalated tickets through resolution
• document solutions
• share technical knowledge
• recommend process improvements
• collaborate across IT teams
• participate in an on-call rotation
• assist with deployments, office moves, and technology projects
• follow security and compliance standards.
