Description
Provide outpatient physical therapy with occasional inpatient coverage. Treat primarily orthopedic diagnoses. Use equipment such as Hivamat, therapeutic ultrasound, electrical stimulation, BiPAP/respiratory devices, and therapeutic laser. Document skilled evaluations, plan of care, and skilled progress notes.
