What you'll do

• Develop and enhance product test solutions, including test programs, flows, and data collection, from NPI through mass production
• collaborate across Product and Test Engineering
• develop test methods and validate functionality with design-for-test and design-for-debug focus
• investigate qualification and yield issues and implement corrective actions
• support scalable test software infrastructure and tools for automation and AI-assisted flows
• analyze test data and communicate product status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
