What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices, payments, reimbursements, and purchase orders
• review coding and job-cost allocation
• maintain vendor records
• reconcile statements and research discrepancies
• assist with project billing, invoicing, and collections
• prepare reports
• process weekly field payroll and maintain employee records
• assist with certified payroll submissions and labor compliance
• support month-end close, reconciliations, and departmental administration.

Why this role

One to two years of accounting, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience preferred; construction payroll experience is a plus. Accounting or finance degree preferred but not required.
