What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and mentor warehouse floor personnel
• schedule and assign work
• train employees and ensure safety and production quality requirements
• inspect areas for safety and cleanliness
• monitor equipment, manpower, and materials to reduce downtime, injuries, and scrap
• conduct safety walks and audits
• ensure equipment and tools are maintained
• collaborate on warehouse layout and material workflow improvements
• monitor production hours and plans
• implement problem-solving and continuous improvement
• communicate goals and expectations
• support troubleshooting of major equipment malfunctions.
