What you'll do

• Assess patients and document findings and responses to care
• administer medications and perform indicated clinical procedures
• educate patients and families
• coordinate care, phone triage, messages, tests, and procedures
• support quality improvement and staff competency development
• provide leadership, coaching, and coverage for the manager
• assist with staffing schedules, interviews, orientation, and mentorship.

Why this role
