What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness in the Bistro, Conference Center, Bake Shop, and Main Kitchen
• complete assigned cleaning projects

• sanitize and polish silver
• organize dishes and glassware
• maintain dish machines
• empty trash
• sweep and mop
• maintain grease traps and logs
• assist with basic kitchen preparation.
