What you'll do

• Manage a designated portfolio of 75–120 dealer accounts
• participate in onboarding and pre-launch consultations
• audit account setup before launch
• host launch meetings and training
• conduct refresh training when applicable
• pursue retention goals and follow cancellation processes
• contact dealers on a 45-day cadence and deliver account reviews every 90 days
• provide configuration updates and technical support
• recommend best practices
• test third-party connectivity
• collaborate with sales
• document account communications in HubSpot
• review KPI dashboards.
