The role supports clinical progress while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to ethical and clinical standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
• collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and clinical standards.
