The Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II performs essential vehicle detailing and reconditioning tasks at our Yorktown, VA location. This onsite, full-time role offers compensation between $19.19 and $20.26 per hour, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality, customer-ready vehicles. This role exists to ensure every vehicle meets CarMax’s rigorous appearance standards. You will conduct cosmetic inspections, perform paint touch-ups, wet sanding, and buffing, and assist with lot operations to maintain inventory quality and support the overall customer buying experience.

• Execute standardized cosmetic reconditioning processes
• perform paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing
• complete cosmetic and final quality inspections
• identify defects and determine repair methods
• support auction preparation and vehicle movement
• maintain a clean and orderly work area.
