What you'll do

• Manage IT support requests through resolution and use root-cause analysis
• provision and de-provision user access
• maintain alignment with security policies and regulatory frameworks
• resolve complex escalations and assist tier-one and tier-two staff
• deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices
• contribute to troubleshooting, network stability, and security documentation and procedures.
