What you'll do

• Learn to lead shifts and oversee daily restaurant operations
• maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
• learn scheduling, labor management, inventory control, ordering, food costs, and profit-and-loss analysis
• support sales through grassroots marketing, catering relationships, and community involvement
• complete a trial week operating a location independently and present a profit-and-loss review.
