Account Supervisor — Hospitality Staffing

What you'll do

• Serve as the main client contact and address client needs
• manage project timelines
• maintain budgets and process payroll, billing, and invoices
• develop recruiting plans, conduct interviews, track orders, and fill openings
• oversee new-hire documentation and training coordination
• identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and support proposals
• conduct safety training as needed
• address employee concerns and report matters to HR or Risk Management as appropriate.
