What you'll do

• Provide hands-on leadership for a hospice program, accountable for clinical quality, operational performance, and sustainable census expansion.
• Manage human resources effectively, including selection, supervision, and evaluation of interdisciplinary team members.
• Manage office operations, including planning and organizing tasks and resources to achieve strategic goals.
• Manage financial resources prudently, including budget planning and monitoring expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with requirements and standards established by accrediting or licensing agencies.
• Investigate and complete detailed reports of any incidents, grievances, or complaints.
• Work with physicians, patients, families, and staff regarding needs and concerns.
