What you'll do

• Set learning goals, assess student progress, and record evaluations
• adapt general lessons to student needs
• develop individualized education programs
• plan activities suited to students' abilities
• update parents and enlist support for behavior strategies and home activities
• discuss progress with parents, teachers, therapists, BCBAs, and administrators.
