What you'll do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes, standards, and guest requests
• verify identification and follow alcohol-service laws
• recommend menu and beverage items
• process charges, payments, and gratuities
• maintain supplies, inventory, cleanliness, and sanitation
• complete opening, closing, stocking, and side work
• assist with food preparation and service when required
• respond to guest questions and concerns.
