What you'll do

• Serve guests and build meaningful connections
• complete opening and closing tasks
• take responsibility for the restaurant when a manager is not on duty
• direct the team during shifts
• maintain menu and product knowledge
• support stations, including the kitchen
• prepare food and complete side work
• follow cash-handling, health, food-storage, alcohol-handling, hygiene, and appearance standards.
