What you'll do

• Write complete repair plans
• inspect vehicles and analyze damage
• identify hidden damage during teardown and blueprinting
• prepare and manage supplements
• communicate with insurers, adjusters, and customers
• coordinate with technicians, parts, and production teams
• monitor repair progress and address delays
• maintain repair documentation
• support cycle time and repair quality
• guide customers from check-in through delivery.
