What you'll do

• Develop technical and training solutions for Army mission command training
• keep current with doctrine, operational and tactical training methods, and technology trends
• plan, coordinate, and execute unit collective training from Battalion to Corps
• assist unit leadership with training plans
• identify resource, training, and equipment gaps
• serve as a mentor or observer/trainer when requested
• gather observations and contribute to after-action reviews
• maintain a repository of relevant TTPs.
