Housekeeper

The Housekeeper role is onsite in Burlington, NC. Compensation is $10–$16 per hour. Alamance House supports seniors and seeks to maintain a clean, comfortable facility for residents and staff. The housekeeper performs cleaning, laundry, and waste-management tasks that help keep shared spaces and resident rooms hygienic and orderly. The role also maintains cleaning supplies and works with other staff to support resident comfort and a welcoming environment.

What you'll do

• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and mop common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms
• wash, fold, and distribute laundry as needed
• dispose of trash and recycling
• restock cleaning supplies and equipment and report shortages or equipment issues
• follow safety and sanitation protocols
• collaborate with staff to maintain the facility
• engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.
